科研简介

主要从事聚合物纳米粒子内部微环境结构探测,靶向聚合物载药抗癌纳米粒子的设计,以及纳米粒子与生物大分子作用关系分析等。在ACS Nano, Nanoscale, Langmuir, Journal of Physical Chemistry C等国际期刊上发表SCI论文10篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金等三项科教研项目。在都柏林大学进行硕士博士研究学习期间,主持完成爱尔兰自然科学基金委PhD支持项目一项,获得国家留学基金委全额博士奖学金,都柏林大学“Best Postgraduate Project”等奖项。

未来三年工作方向

   设计高分子纳米粒子,通过调整单体的种类,表面形貌结构,表面包覆材料等,研究纳米粒子在复杂生物环境下,与血液中各类生物大分子作用的机理,并根据纳米粒子与生物大分子相互作用情况,筛选出具有抗生物大分子吸附能力的聚合物纳米粒子,总结探索出纳米粒子抗生物大分子吸附的作用机制和影响因素。为此类纳米材料的设计做出理论性建议,实现从生物大分子干扰的角度,提高载药纳米粒子靶向识别能力,并且提高纳米药物载体的可控性和安全性。
